My passion lies at the intersection of sustainability, collaboration, communication, and leadership – with a particular focus on how innovative and system-changing perspectives can contribute to climate transition, sustainable finance, and societal transformation.

I view sustainability as multiple dimensions: social, economic, and ecological success. I strongly believe that being at the forefront of sustainability efforts leads not only to increased market shares and new customer segments but also to greater well-being, and that working with sustainability opens new doors for the company.

I have an academic background in strategic sustainability, climate communication, and entrepreneurship from, among others, BTH, Södertörn, and Mid Sweden University. At the same time, I have practical experience as a consultant in environmental planning, project management, and education – for example, I have led feasibility studies on the sharing economy, developed environmental plans, and lectured on sustainable development.

Today, I work at Shift10 with regenerative solutions – including coaching and training of leaders and employees who want to integrate sustainability into their operations more effectively. With clear visions, we can take you all the way to a regenerative, sustainable organization.
